Formerly a street arts laboratory with \u201cProjet 244\u201d, this 15,900 m\u00b2 site combines industrial memory and contemporary vision. The aim is to reconnect with the spirit of the place by integrating spaces dedicated to craftsmanship and creativity into the rehabilitated heritage structures.  <\/p>\n<p>Student residences, residential units and services connect to create a fluid, lively neighborhood. The first floors are home to shared spaces such as workshops, bicycle rooms and communal kitchens, enlivening the streets and strengthening social ties. Double-sloped roofs evoke the original halls, ensuring aesthetic continuity. The facades, enlivened by staggered windows and subtle reliefs, reflect attention to detail and functionality.  <\/p>\n<p>Three main buildings punctuate the space: a hotel in a post-and-beam structure, offices in a rehabilitated hall, and residential units surrounded by sanctuary gardens. The first floors, occupied by lobbies, parking lots and bicycle storage areas, are designed to allow water to circulate freely. A network of valleys, waterways and catchment basins allows rainwater to be fully infiltrated into the plot, reducing the risk of flooding while promoting local biodiversity.  <\/p>\n<p>The project limits its environmental footprint by building only on land that has already been artificially developed. A mini-market, a restaurant with garden terrace and a cultural center enhance this lively facade. The aim is to revitalize the streets while respecting the tranquility of the homes in the heart of the district.  <\/p>\n<p>The program also integrates high value-added spaces for residents and visitors, such as craft workshops and offices in a rehabilitated hall. Managed by investors such as Swisslife, they offer innovative collective spaces on the first floor: repair workshops, shared kitchens and coworking facilities. This model also includes temporary accommodation for visitors or relatives, reinforcing social inclusion. In addition, shared gardens and outdoor spaces accessible to all create a genuine community living environment. This strategy fosters a \u201cliving together\u201d where collective and individuality coexist harmoniously.    <\/p>\n<p>Above and beyond its functions, Saint-Sauveur is designed as a model of sharing and synergy. Common spaces irrigate the entire site, offering meeting places open to all.
