The relay car park, whose entrance is at the edge of the district to allow everyone to be car-free, is both private and public, which encourages residents to use public transport.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to a major excavation, 70cm of open ground over the entire length of the car park, it is camouflaged by a hanging garden where the inhabitants benefit from vegetation including medium and large development species.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_2 carrousel-cell et_pb_section_video et_pb_preload\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_section_video_bg   et_pb_allow_player_pause\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<video loop=\"loop\" autoplay playsinline muted >\n\t\t\t\t<source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/anma.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/LR_SEG_ANMA_\u252c\u00aemarwanharmouche_06.mp4\" \/>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/video>\n\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/anma.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/12_senlis_anma_\u00a9marwanharmouche_M7A1183.jpg\" alt=\"ANMA Senlis Old Station District\" title=\"ANMA Senlis Old Station District\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_2 carrousel-cell  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>The service project<strong> <br \/>social connection<\/strong> <\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The accommodations are organized into different neighborhood units separated by vegetated paths allowing encounters.<\/p>\n<p>The two central plots are joined by a low volume and host a common room managed by an association, a shared garden \u2013 including a vegetable patch, fruit trees and composters \u2013 and bike rooms, all available to residents.<\/p>\n<p>A concierge service offers various activities: discussion time, cooking classes, gardening. A reintegration association founded by OPAC de l&#8217;Oise participates in the construction of wooden furniture for shared spaces.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_3 carrousel-cell\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/anma.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/03_senlis_anma_\u00a9marwanharmouche_M7A0586.jpg\" alt=\"ANMA Senlis Old Station District\" title=\"ANMA Senlis Old Station District\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_3 carrousel-cell  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2>Virtuous density and<br \/><strong>public program<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Housing, in home ownership, social home ownership and social rental, is intermediate from T2 to T5 or individual duplex. Their double east-west orientation offers optimal ventilation and sunshine all day long. Private outdoor spaces such as large terraces overlooking the greenway or winter gardens allow residents to enjoy the landscape.<\/p>\n<p>By the variation of the scales of construction, the set of roofs which responds to the surrounding buildings and a gradual expansion from south to north, this project divided into 9 lots makes the density pleasant.<\/p>\n<p>The first element to have been built in the eco-district, the Maison de la Petite Enfance is entirely made of wood and has the HQE label.
