Going beyond its prerequisites for functionality, connectivity and efficiency, it is a local station which fits harmoniously into a dynamic district of the city with a human dimension and gentle circulation.<\/p>\n<p>The Grand Paris Express runs underground on a north-south route and crosses the RER A orthogonally at the level of the existing station. On the surface, an imposing office building is attached to the north platform of the RER line. A place emerges between this building and a line of small collective housing buildings with shops on the ground floor. The vertical rupture is treated by green spaces which further mask access to the RER. The route of the aerial RER A creates a break between a northern, dynamic and central territory and a southern territory that is mainly residential and suburban.<\/p>\n<p>This rupture is felt by how differently the surroundings of the existing station are treated, on the one hand an open and active pedestrian square, on the other a monofunctional and isolated bus station. During an approach punctuated by the smells and noises of the market, the station appears as an extension of the liveliness of the square. When traveling by bicycle, it is the tree continuity and the feeling of space that are highlighted. When used more effectively as a multimodal hub, the station offers the opportunity to experience the urban qualities and the attractiveness of the city of Saint-Maur.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_2 carrousel-cell\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/anma.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/SMC_CH-Fevrier-25_\u00a9EpaillardMachado-26.jpg\" alt=\"ANMA Saint-Maur Station of Saint-Maur Cr\u00e9teil\" title=\"SMC construction site\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_2 carrousel-cell  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><b>consistence<\/b> with the of the market<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The emergence of the station is imagined to replace the central section of the office building previously described. This positioning makes it possible to break up the &#8220;bar&#8221; effect which is today affecting the quality of the existing place. The visibility of access, lacking at the current station, is significantly improved thanks to this new emergence but also thanks to the revelation of the city link. The awning is an additional signal guiding the public and inviting people to cross.<\/p>\n<p>The passage is bustling with shops that create continuity with the activity of the square and that of the neighborhood. This new attraction is an invitation to enter the passage, to cross the hill, to rediscover the link between the southern facade and the rest of the territory. The dark and neglected bus station is linked to the passage and the new station thanks to this new commercial connection. This proposal makes it possible to disseminate the light to the right of the circulation thanks to the proximity to the facade.
