CAZ Vallon R\u00e9gny is located right near the Calanques, between the districts of Redon and Cabot, and will be crossed by the future Boulevard Urbain Sud (BUS), continuity of the L2.<\/p>\n

Rather than dividing the future district, the BUS is the unifying framework. The implementation of two public spaces reveal the landscape qualities of the site and its viewing frustum, a park inscribed in the valley and a overhanging public square, by a commercial polarity as well as an addressing of buildings on the boulevard.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

green loop, place<\/b>, and graduated constructions<\/h2>\n

A green, pedestrian and planted loop, crosses the district and connects the remarkable green spaces on either side of the CAZ, such as the Maison Blanche and the Salvator Hospital parks, the Vallon R\u00e9gny park, but also the entrance to the Bastide la Maurelle and school facilities.<\/p>\n

The existing places are enhanced, and the sleepers, a characteristic reinforcement of the district and its history, are enhanced and reinterpreted, as far as the Calanques.<\/p>\n

The aligned buildings structure the public space, punctuate it with an alternation of high and low points, and fit into the landscape through wide terraces for housing.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>
