Lot N2 is located along Macdonald Boulevard in the western part of the building. Lot S1 is located along the railway tracks on the south side.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_1 carrousel-cell\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/anma.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/1-ANMA-Macdonald-\u00a9MarwanHarmouche-_M7A1503.jpg\" alt=\"ANMA Paris Logements McDonald\" title=\"ANMA Paris Logements McDonald\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_1 carrousel-cell  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><b>duplexes <br \/><\/b>with r+1 and r+6 floors<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"vertical-align: baseline; margin: 0cm 0cm 15.75pt 0cm;\"><span>Building N2 consists of 89 units accessible from the esplanade on Macdonald Boulevard. On the boulevard side, the project fits into the logic of the master plan: large duplex apartments fit into the existing structure in R + 1 and R + 1 mezzanine. Two recessed levels rest on the existing one. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"vertical-align: baseline; margin: 0cm 0cm 15.75pt 0cm;\"><span>This \u201ccrystal\u201d volume itself supports four cantilevered levels. The four levels read as a single monolithic mineral element surrounded by a concrete frame ensuring the overall consistency of the master plan. The last accessible floor being the R + 6, the R + 7 allows to create duplexes with large double-height apartments on the boulevard.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_2 carrousel-cell\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/anma.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/2-ANMA-Macdonald-\u00a9MarwanHarmouche-_M7A1194.jpg\" alt=\"ANMA Paris Logements McDonald\" title=\"ANMA Paris Logements McDonald\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_2 carrousel-cell  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><b>sets of withdrawals<br \/><\/b>and advances<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"vertical-align: baseline; margin: 0cm 0cm 15.75pt 0cm;\"><span>On the garden side, the project reinterprets the interplay of void and protrusion in the master plan by increasing the number of terraces facing south and offering perspectives on the city. In the two existing levels, the duplexes on the ground floor offer large double heights and large terraces. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"vertical-align: baseline; margin: 0cm 0cm 15.75pt 0cm;\"><span>On the upper levels, the south facade sticks out onto the courtyard through a succession of terraces and inverted terraces which make the project denser and allow to find large terraces and loggias for large housing. The duplexes in the last two levels take over the roof terraces of the building by offering large outdoor spaces with views over Paris.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_3 carrousel-cell\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/anma.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/5-ANMA-Macdonald-\u00a9MarwanHarmouche-_M7A1089.jpg\" alt=\"ANMA Paris Logements McDonald\" title=\"ANMA Paris Logements McDonald\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_3 carrousel-cell  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><b>direct views<br \/><\/b>over paris<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"vertical-align: baseline; margin: 0cm 0cm 15.75pt 0cm;\"><span>The S1 building consists of 52 apartments accessible from the south facade of the warehouse bordered by the tram line. The project is placed on a common base with lot S2 on the first two levels, directly echoing the preserved north facade with its concrete frame.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span>The building is north \/ south oriented with east and west facades in main views but directly opposite to lots O1 and S2. The thermal and luminous assets of the south orientation are reinforced here by the views offered over the city of Paris.
