Paying rent, often very expensive, becomes inconsistent for the future when you decide to settle permanently in a city. But then again, real estate prices have skyrocketed over the past decade and it is now almost impossible to buy a home close to a centrality.<\/p>\n<p>New apartments offered in new urban operations are small and very expensive. Why is housing so expensive and so small in France, while in other European countries it remains affordable and large? Where does our money go when we buy a home and how can we buy bigger and cheaper? These are the questions that this exhibition, programmed by the ANMA-F foundation, tries to answer to. <\/p>\n<p>We drew up a concise inventory based on history and the current real estate market, then identified possible savings by modifying the various parameters of the price of housing. Alternative solutions then appear, bringing new perspectives, a kind of &#8220;anti-crisis&#8221;.
