for the Agence d&#8217;Enseignement du Fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00c9tranger and open to students in early 2022, this sports complex is located at one end of the Beaulieu site, a large empty parcel in the heart of a high-density neighborhood that will house the new Lyautey high school.<\/p>\n<p>At the corner of rue de l&#8217;Alma and rue Taghazout, closing the long enclosure surrounding the site, the building opens towards the interiority of Beaulieu and its outdoor sports facilities.<\/p>\n<p>This equipment, an entity of a future general education complex, participates in the re-dimensioning of a living space on this large plot of land that will accommodate students from 11 to 15 years old. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div light<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Equipped with two pools, a gymnasium, a weight room, locker rooms and service rooms, it is a complete sports facility whose internal program distribution is made visible from the outside by the succession of 4 extrusions distributing each of the building&#8217;s functions.<\/p>\n<p>Compact and integrated into the neighborhood, this simple monolith is inspired by traditional Mediterranean architecture of light and shade on light volumes.<\/p>\n<p>In union with the history of the place and its context, the facades are adorned with a luminous hue that echoes the identity of the Moroccan city, Casa la Blanche.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_2 carrousel-cell\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" the pure lines of the building are read in a large airy space and are energized by several rhythms of openings.<\/p>\n<p>The entrance hollows out the volume of the surrounding wall and breaks its linearity, the bay windows of the aquatic space open the project towards the sports field and connect interior and exterior, the vertical openings for the rest of the building break the massiveness of the volume and let natural light penetrate all the spaces.<\/p>\n<p>This simple building where the economy of the project is translated by the efficiency of the plan, the use of materials and the discretion of expression, is also distinguished on the inside by a huge fresco of zelliges covering the entire width of the aquatic center. sportif complet dont la r\u00e9partition programmatique interne est rendue lisible depuis l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur par la succession de 4 extrusions distribuant chacune des fonctions du b\u00e2timent.<\/p><p>Compact et int\u00e9gr\u00e9 au quartier, ce monolithe simple est inspir\u00e9 de l\u2019architecture traditionnelle m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne d\u2019ombres et de lumi\u00e8re sur volumes clairs.<\/p><p>En union avec l\u2019histoire du lieu et son contexte, les fa\u00e7ades sont par\u00e9es d\u2019une teinte lumineuse qui fait \u00e9cho \u00e0 l\u2019identit\u00e9 de la plusieurs rythmes d\u2019ouvertures.<\/p><p>L\u2019entr\u00e9e creuse le volume du mur d\u2019enceinte et rompt sa lin\u00e9arit\u00e9, les baies filantes de l\u2019espace aquatiques ouvrent le projet vers la plaine des sports et connectent int\u00e9rieur et ext\u00e9rieur, les ouvrants verticaux pour le reste du b\u00e2timent cassent la massivit\u00e9 du volume et font p\u00e9n\u00e9trer la lumi\u00e8re naturelle dans tous les espaces.<\/p><p>Ce b\u00e2timent simple o\u00f9 l\u2019\u00e9conomie du projet se traduit par l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de plan, d\u2019utilisation de mati\u00e8re et la discr\u00e9tion d\u2019expression, se distingue aussi \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur par une immense fresque de zelliges couvrant toute la largeur du centre aquatique. Sur le toit, des panneaux photovolta\u00efques participent aussi \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du b\u00e2timent.<\/p><p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image
