Its reconversion therefore aims to preserve the old hall while giving it a new identity. These ambitions drove the development of the block:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pedestrian forecourt at the site entrance to the northwest, open to the city,<\/li>\n<li>establishment of public facilities and an establishment which can receive the public (ERP) capable of attracting a large audience,<\/li>\n<li>reversibility of access to housing to the north of the plot in anticipation of the future park.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_3 carrousel-cell\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1620\" height=\"1080\" src=\"https:\/\/anma.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/202204-EXT27.jpg\" alt=\"ILO23 -
