Il est n\u00e9 de la trame paysag\u00e8re locale et du patrimoine local.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019agence propose une r\u00e9ponse architecturale contemporaine au contexte patrimonial existant, notamment par l\u2019utilisation de la brique, la r\u00e9interpr\u00e9tation des motifs de la gare, la silhouette des toitures qui d\u00e9coupe une ligne d\u2019horizon rythm\u00e9e variant en fonction du point de vue.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entr\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00e9coquartier est marqu\u00e9e par la Maison de la Petite Enfance.
