La conception des immeubles r\u00e9pond aux principes de l\u2019architecture bioclimatique. Les toits orient\u00e9s principalement au sud, sont \u00e9quip\u00e9s de panneaux solaires et thermiques. Certains logements sont dot\u00e9s de v\u00e9randas, des espaces interclimatiques qui prolongent le s\u00e9jour et permettent une r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de chaleur l\u2019hiver et une ventilation l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accent est mis sur la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019usage du logement\u00a0: lumi\u00e8re, habitabilit\u00e9.
