La r\u00e9glementation incendie imposant une division des volumes, cette contrainte se traduit par la construction d\u2019un mur s\u00e9paratif en croix.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, les deux entrep\u00f4ts s\u00e9par\u00e9s par un mur mitoyen sont eux-m\u00eames subdivis\u00e9s en deux cellules distinctes. Le mur p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique en b\u00e9ton supporte une s\u00e9rie de poteaux m\u00e9talliques auxquels est fix\u00e9e une fa\u00e7ade en panneaux de polycarbonate. Des ouvertures z\u00e9nithales asservies assurent l\u2019\u00e9clairage naturel des zones de stockage ainsi que le d\u00e9senfumage. En fa\u00e7ade sud, cette bande abrite les locaux techniques. Au nord, ce long volume accueille les locaux administratifs. Accessibles depuis la rue par un sas vitr\u00e9, les bureaux communiquent avec l\u2019entrep\u00f4t par une porte coupe-feu. Le plateau comporte une s\u00e9rie de bo\u00eetes identiques implant\u00e9es parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 la fa\u00e7ade, qui abritent le back office : archives, reprographie, sanitaires, cuisine.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9viter tout faux plancher et faux plafond, une poutre caisson alimente en fluides les postes de travail et les boites du back office.
