Le site, qui s\u2019\u00e9tend sur 270 hectares, est remarquable par la diversit\u00e9 de ses paysages et de ses situations : coteaux bois\u00e9s, berges de l\u2019Oise, hangars, usines, maisons ouvri\u00e8res. Les Creillois et les Nogentais sont profond\u00e9ment attach\u00e9s \u00e0 ces lieux dont il est essentiel de pr\u00e9server la singularit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Ce projet, port\u00e9 par une volont\u00e9 forte, des \u00e9lus en particulier, ambitionne d\u2019orchestrer le renouveau du c\u0153ur de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration creilloise et la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois autour de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la liaison LGV Roissy Picardie en 2020. Le quartier gare c\u0153ur d\u2019agglo. s\u2019est constitu\u00e9 au fil du temps par une mosa\u00efque de pi\u00e8ces urbaines ayant chacune son identit\u00e9 propre et sa logique de fonctionnement. La d\u00e9finition d\u2019une silhouette urbaine le long des voies ferr\u00e9es est primordiale. Le respect de l\u2019histoire architecturale et sociale du bassin creillois sera le garant d\u2019une identit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique du quartier gare c\u0153ur d\u2019agglo. C\u2019est pourquoi \u00ab l\u2019esprit c\u0153ur d\u2019agglo \u00bb est avant tout une volont\u00e9 de faire la ville autrement : une ville paysage, accessible, intense et sur-mesure, \u00e0 m\u00eame d\u2019offrir un cadre de vie attractif.<\/p>\n<p>Le plan guide d\u00e9finit des \u00ab invariants \u00bb. Ils caract\u00e9risent un esprit g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, une direction vers laquelle il faut tendre sur le long terme. Cette armature verte s\u2019accompagne de continuit\u00e9s v\u00e9g\u00e9tales ouvertes aux pi\u00e9tons et v\u00e9los, qui de proche en proche, permettront de reconnecter la ville aux grands espaces ouverts sur les plateaux tout en favorisant une meilleure connexion de la ville \u00e0 son fleuve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Boucle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une \u00ab boucle \u00bb qui associe les diff\u00e9rentes mobilit\u00e9s assure la structuration de ce nouveau morceau de ville central qui permet d\u2019articuler les diff\u00e9rents quartiers et entit\u00e9s constitutifs de l\u2019agglom\u00e9ration.
