L\u2019agence propose ainsi des passages pi\u00e9tons priv\u00e9s perpendiculaires \u00e0 la voie, qui ponctuent l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9vation du lin\u00e9aire de la rue. Ils permettent de cr\u00e9er un acc\u00e8s direct et des adressages sur rue pour tous les immeubles situ\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re de la parcelle. Cette disposition urbaine, \u00e9vite l\u2019effet \u00ab entr\u00e9e par l\u2019arri\u00e8re \u00bb et introduit le th\u00e8me de l\u2019alternance, entre cours et jardins structurant le nouveau paysage urbain.<\/p>\n<p>Un paysage qualitatif et contemplatif s\u2019installe au c\u0153ur du projet sous la forme de deux grands jardins orient\u00e9s sud entre les logements individuels et interm\u00e9diaires, dot\u00e9s de deux potagers en bordure. La toiture \u00e0 deux pentes avec de grandes baies centr\u00e9es se retrouve cependant \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9chelles, depuis les maisons individuelles jusqu\u2019au fa\u00eetage haut des collectifs.<\/p>\n<p>Un skyline dessin\u00e9 sur mesure est mis en place identifiant ce nouvel \u00eelot, notamment depuis le carrefour rue du Docteur Roux ou celui c\u00f4t\u00e9 rue Roger Salengro. De m\u00eame des contrastes de teintes et de couleurs par b\u00e2timent sont propos\u00e9s. La face ext\u00e9rieure du mur est toujours impeccable car ce dernier est coul\u00e9 \u00e0 plat et matric\u00e9 ou color\u00e9 \u00e0 la demande. Des aspects de fa\u00e7ades simples mais inattendus dans leurs effets sont propos\u00e9s\u00a0: des effets jumeaux de croisement de matrices invers\u00e9es d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019autre des b\u00e2timents.
