Le site d\u2019implantation du b\u00e2timent, \u00e0 la pointe de la presqu\u2019\u00eele, est bord\u00e9 par un parc et fait face au projet de M\u00e9diath\u00e8que d\u2019OMA. Au bord du canal de Caen \u00e0 la Mer, il offre des perspectives d\u00e9gag\u00e9es sur la ville historique. Nous avons propos\u00e9 une volum\u00e9trie cisel\u00e9e s\u2019inscrivant dans le paysage de la presqu\u2019\u00eele.<\/p>\n<p>Les fa\u00e7ades affirment ce volume triangulaire \u00e9lanc\u00e9 et audacieux. Elles sont compos\u00e9es d\u2019un complexe de b\u00e9ton matric\u00e9 aux teintes l\u00e9g\u00e8rement vari\u00e9es qui lui conf\u00e8rent une \u00e9l\u00e9gante vibration. Les percements sont dot\u00e9s de brises soleils verticaux fixes aux reflets dor\u00e9s qui apportent des touches de couleurs chaudes au gris du b\u00e9ton. Une r\u00e9flexion a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e sur la modularit\u00e9 des trames de bureaux et le b\u00e2timent projet\u00e9 prend en compte des capacit\u00e9s d\u2019extension ult\u00e9rieures dans le volume fini.<\/p>\n<p>Des terrasses plant\u00e9es agr\u00e9mentent les interstices entre les trois volumes \u00e9mergents et animent la salle des pas perdus. Cette derni\u00e8re est baign\u00e9e de lumi\u00e8re et traverse de part en part le b\u00e2timent.<\/p>\n<p>Les six salles d\u2019audience profitent \u00e9galement de la lumi\u00e8re naturelle diffus\u00e9e depuis les diff\u00e9rents patios.
