L\u2019\u00c9cole Nationale Sup\u00e9rieure d\u2019Ing\u00e9nieurs de Bretagne-Sud (ENSIBS) est une nouvelle entit\u00e9 du campus de Saint-Maud\u00e9 \u00e0 Lorient. <\/span><\/p>\n

Pour accrocher ce b\u00e2timent \u00e0 son territoire, ANMA propose de mettre en \u0153uvre la notion de campus dans la ville tout en pr\u00e9servant le caract\u00e8re arbor\u00e9 du site et de d\u00e9cliner une entr\u00e9e lisible ainsi qu\u2019un cheminement pi\u00e9ton de grande qualit\u00e9 pour les \u00e9tudiants.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

Depuis le rond-point d\u2019entr\u00e9e de ville, le b\u00e2timent se donne \u00e0 voir par une forme embl\u00e9matique, il se dresse comme un signal urbain et se distingue par un jeu d\u2019\u00e9clairage cin\u00e9tique de diodes en fa\u00e7ade. Ses gradins v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9s marquent l\u2019entr\u00e9e au c\u0153ur de l\u2019\u00e9cole. <\/span><\/p>\n

De part et d\u2019autre, deux grands escaliers vitr\u00e9s d\u00e9voilent les mouvements internes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tablissement. Enfin, la toiture couronn\u00e9e de chemin\u00e9es de ventilation donne une silhouette singuli\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble. <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

douceurs du bois <\/b>et

L\u2019\u00e9criture architecturale, qui conjugue de grands pans de bois et des cassettes d\u2019aluminium, est volontairement sobre et marque une grande douceur volum\u00e9trique par le jeu des terrasses plant\u00e9es accueillant la vie \u00e9tudiante. C\u2019est ce rapport int\u00e9rieur\/ext\u00e9rieur \u00e9labor\u00e9 qui conf\u00e8re au b\u00e2timent une haute qualit\u00e9 d\u2019usage.<\/span><\/p>\n

La d\u00e9marche environnementale se lit volontairement dans la morphologie de l\u2019immeuble : isolation par l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, grandes chemin\u00e9es de ventilation, capteurs photovolta\u00efques en toiture. Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments font partie int\u00e9grante du projet et contribuent \u00e0 son identit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>
