Malgr\u00e9 les constructions r\u00e9centes, cette force persiste dans la dimension actuelle du site, son rapport \u00e0 l\u2019eau et au ciel. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"vertical-align: baseline; margin: 0cm 0cm 15.75pt 0cm;\"><span>Entre ciel et bassin, le b\u00e2timent des docks-caf\u00e9 a pour vocation d\u2019accompagner cet esprit des lieux. Avec son profil longiligne de 300m, il se glisse comme une horizontale dans le paysage des bassins. Depuis l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 Est de la halle, l\u2019\u00e9paisseur entre le fa\u00eetage du toit et la ligne du quai progresse jusqu\u2019\u00e0 13m de haut en porte-\u00e0-faux \u00e0 l\u2019autre extr\u00e9mit\u00e9. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: black; font-family: 'Source Sans Pro', sans-serif; letter-spacing: 0.25pt;\">L\u2019horizontale sur les quais, en se d\u00e9collant du sol, cr\u00e9e une ligne in\u00e9dite sur un nouveau parvis. L\u2019identit\u00e9 du centre des congr\u00e8s est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un belv\u00e9d\u00e8re et d\u2019un espace public connect\u00e9 \u00e0 la nouvelle passerelle venant de la gare.
