Son volume d\u00e9coule d\u2019une logique fonctionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Il est bas\u00e9 sur un plan en L optimis\u00e9 pour un programme h\u00f4telier de 101 chambres. A l\u2019\u00e9chelle de l\u2019\u00eelot, la suppression de deux volumes en partie haute du L permet une ouverture visuelle depuis la Galerie vers le p\u00f4le d\u2019\u00e9changes multimodal.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_2 carrousel-cell\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/anma.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/08_hr_metz_anma\u252c\u00aemarwanharmouche.jpg\" alt=\"metz hotel\" title=\"08_hr_metz_anma\u252c\u00aemarwanharmouche\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_2 carrousel-cell  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><b>fa\u00e7ace de b\u00e9ton <br \/><\/b>architectonique<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dans le respect du cahier des charges urbain, le b\u00e2timent est dot\u00e9 d\u2019une architecture de toiture \u00e0 deux pans, compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par des versants de petites dimensions afin de proposer des chambres de grande hauteur sur le dernier niveau.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux niveaux inf\u00e9rieurs d\u2019espaces communs sont largement ouverts sur l\u2019espace public. Dans les \u00e9tages, les ouvertures sont horizontales et align\u00e9es.
