Le projet s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche de d\u00e9veloppement durable conduite en concertation avec les acteurs publics afin d\u2019optimiser la valorisation du site. Des solutions techniques innovantes et durables apportent un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice mesurable en termes de protection de l\u2019environnement, de renforcement de la biodiversit\u00e9, de r\u00e9duction de la circulation automobile, d\u2019utilisation raisonn\u00e9e de l\u2019eau, d\u2019\u00e9conomie d\u2019\u00e9nergie et de gestion des d\u00e9chets, et ce jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du Bois de Boulogne.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de requalifier le cadre b\u00e2ti en \u00e9conomisant l\u2019\u00e9nergie et l\u2019eau, des moyens de production \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique innovants sont mis en place au sein du b\u00e2timent sportif et la gestion des eaux est optimis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du site. Toutes les eaux pluviales du b\u00e2timent sont r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9es et permettent de limiter le recours aux eaux d\u2019arrosage. La r\u00e9alisation d\u2019espaces pi\u00e9tons min\u00e9raux, en brique permettra une meilleure gestion des eaux de ruissellements tout en conservant un aspect esth\u00e9tique am\u00e9lior\u00e9 et naturel.<\/p>\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019espaces sportifs innovants \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur \u2013 dont la r\u00e9fection compl\u00e8te du bassin olympique \u2013 et de pistes de course modernes permettent d\u2019\u00e9tablir les conditions architecturales et techniques d\u2019un club sportif novateur.
