Elle appara\u00eet comme une grande voile tendue qui capte les \u00e9nergies solaires et \u00e9oliennes. C\u2019est une tour environnementale \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie. Elle s\u2019inscrit de mani\u00e8re subtile dans le plan de la D\u00e9fense, en occupant la diagonale du terrain d\u2019assiette. Un grand porte-\u00e0-faux de 50 m de haut se projette en direction du CNIT. Au-dessus, une longue terrasse restaurant est am\u00e9nag\u00e9e en balcon dans un pli des \u00e9tages. La structure est hybride m\u00e9tal et b\u00e9ton (noyau central en b.a., et planchers mixtes). <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span>Les fa\u00e7ades porteuses sont constitu\u00e9es d\u2019une r\u00e9sille de poteaux acier qui s\u2019inclinent l\u00e9g\u00e8rement suivant la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie. Toutes les fa\u00e7ades ensoleill\u00e9es sont \u00e9quip\u00e9es de capteurs photovolta\u00efques imprim\u00e9s sur les bandeaux d\u2019\u00e9tage.
