Celle-ci g\u00e9n\u00e8re non seulement une vue sur un espace vert depuis la terrasse du RDC, mais aussi la garantie d\u2019un apport d\u2019air frais et neuf pour le syst\u00e8me de ventilation naturelle assist\u00e9e des plateaux de bureaux.<\/p>\n<p>La situation du b\u00e2timent dans un quartier novateur incite \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un b\u00e2timent de bureaux particulier, sur mesure, pens\u00e9 non seulement de mani\u00e8re fonctionnelle et \u00e9conomique mais surtout avec de nouveaux principes de construction durable, des syst\u00e8mes naturels et des technologies r\u00e9centes.
