Le b\u00e2timent ponctue l\u2019angle qui marque la perspective d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la porte d\u2019Italie. Ce mail est connect\u00e9 \u00e0 la place Bir-Hakeim, reconfigur\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 distinguer les flux automobiles, les parcours pi\u00e9tons et le passage du TCSP.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019espace lib\u00e9r\u00e9 par les v\u00e9hicules, est trait\u00e9 en place urbaine qualifiant ainsi l\u2019entr\u00e9e de ville. Le socle accueille les grands volumes du programme (amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre et salles gradin\u00e9es), tandis que les 3 plots qui disposent d\u2019une autonomie de fonctionnement, abritent respectivement les salles de cours mutualis\u00e9es, l\u2019Institut Ing\u00e9m\u00e9dia, et le p\u00f4le recherche.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image humaine<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La fa\u00e7ade sur le mail et l\u2019esplanade d\u2019Italie est tr\u00e8s active en rez-de- chauss\u00e9e, avec un bar, le foyer des \u00e9tudiants, le hall commun aux diff\u00e9rentes entit\u00e9s universitaires, l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre, et des terrasses.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9vitant par le fractionnement du b\u00e2ti un impact visuel trop massif, la Maison de la Recherche et l\u2019Institut Ing\u00e9m\u00e9dia constituent un ensemble hybride qui conf\u00e8re une \u00e9chelle humaine \u00e0 ce grand programme
