Il borde aujourd\u2019hui un vaste parc paysager d\u00e9partemental, espace de curiosit\u00e9, de d\u00e9tente et de loisirs. Depuis son promontoire \u00e0 124m de hauteur en rebord du plateau de Villejuif, il offre une vue imprenable sur la vall\u00e9e de la Bi\u00e8vre et ses aqueducs, mais aussi sur Paris et quelques-unes de ses constructions les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es comme la Tour Eiffel, la Tour Montparnasse, le quartier de La D\u00e9fense\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>Sur plus de 3 hectares et demi, le site offre un profil particuli\u00e8rement attractif et une opportunit\u00e9 exceptionnelle de r\u00e9habilitation urbaine, architecturale et paysag\u00e8re.
