Ce terrain, vierge de toute construction, hormis la halle Sernam au nord du site, forme une bande de 150 m de large et de 1,3 km de long. Le maillage du nouveau quartier s\u2019inscrit naturellement en continuit\u00e9 avec les rues\u00a0existantes, cr\u00e9ant ainsi des \u00eelots de 100 \u00e0 150 m de long.<\/p>\n<p>Les b\u00e2timents sont implant\u00e9s perpendiculairement \u00e0 la rue de la 12e escadre afin de privil\u00e9gier l\u2019orientation nord-sud. L\u2019ensemble de ces habitations est con\u00e7u dans une logique \u00e9cologique : serres inter-climatiques, isolations par l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, capteurs solaires sur les toitures, r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des eaux de pluie. L\u2019objectif est que ces habitations soient class\u00e9es Basse \u00c9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>Six b\u00e2timents passifs ponctuent le site et font office d\u2019articulation avec les entr\u00e9es du nouveau quartier.
