Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un b\u00e2timent d\u2019entr\u00e9e dans la ZAC pour lequel il \u00e9tait indispensable de travailler le rapport avec le b\u00e2timent d\u2019en face, sur la rue du Port, qui pr\u00e9sente un int\u00e9r\u00eat architectural. La loggia monumentale cot\u00e9e Seine dialogue avec la tourelle d\u2019angle et son volume en saillie cr\u00e9e un point fort de rep\u00e9rage de la ZAC.<\/p>\n<p>Le b\u00e2timent se d\u00e9veloppe le long du quai de seine en respectant la continuit\u00e9 d\u2019alternance de creux et de jardins suspendus caract\u00e9risant le plan g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la ZAC. La hauteur du b\u00e2timent en R+7+combles au sud et en R+7 au nord est en continuit\u00e9 avec les b\u00e2timents voisins projet\u00e9s et respecte la skyline propos\u00e9e sur l\u2019ensemble de la ZAC.\u00a0 En partie centrale, un jardin collectif suspendu est cr\u00e9\u00e9. La fa\u00e7ade se compose de deux volumes \u00e9lanc\u00e9s et d\u2019un jardin suspendu qui met en retrait la partie centrale du b\u00e2timent, pr\u00e9servant les logements du bruit g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par la circulation. A l\u2019\u00e9chelle du logement, des loggias d\u2019angle viennent \u00e9galement pr\u00e9server les habitants des contraintes acoustiques tout en offrant des vues lointaines pluridirectionnelles : elles sont tourn\u00e9es vers le sud ou double-orient\u00e9es et apportent une vue sur la Seine et Paris.<\/p>\n<p>Les fa\u00e7ades principales sont isol\u00e9es par ext\u00e9rieur avec finition en briquette de parement. Les fa\u00e7ades est et ouest du plot sud sont isol\u00e9 par l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur avec une finition en kalzip. Les deux fa\u00e7ades en enduit sont elles aussi isol\u00e9es par l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.
