Associer bureaux, services et logements au sein m\u00eame des op\u00e9rations de la ZAC est un enjeu de coh\u00e9rence architecturale et urbaine fondamental pour l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 de la ville d\u2019Angers.<\/p>\n

Pour les plateaux tertiaires, l\u2019approche architecturale s\u2019est effectu\u00e9e selon le prisme de la perception cin\u00e9tique des voyageurs depuis les voies ferr\u00e9es. Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments verticaux dispos\u00e9s en \u00e9pines sont dessin\u00e9s asym\u00e9triquement en plan : deux cassettes m\u00e9talliques de teintes diff\u00e9rentes \u2013 aluminium gris naturel et noir ardoise. La plus large, de teinte sombre, et la plus \u00e9troite, en aluminium naturel, sont orient\u00e9es diff\u00e9remment et plac\u00e9s en miroir sur la partie sym\u00e9trique. Ainsi, la perception du b\u00e2timent de bureau est \u00e9volutive selon le mouvement et l\u2019angle de vision. <\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

Les fa\u00e7ades des activit\u00e9s sont en b\u00e9ton brut. Les logements reprennent le langage de l\u2019enduit, pr\u00e9sent sur l\u2019immeuble mitoyen et plus g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 Angers. Les menuiseries ext\u00e9rieures sont en bois naturel tandis que les duplex sont mis en \u00e9vidence par un retour de toiture sous forme de brisis en aluminium naturel, type kalzip.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>
