Align\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du port, les immeubles \u00e0 g\u00e2bles \u2013 dix-huit grandes maisons soit 101 logements \u2013 qui forment le front de quai, sont embl\u00e9matiques de l\u2019op\u00e9ration avec leur succession de hauts pignons accol\u00e9s. Prot\u00e9geant des vents dominants le quartier d\u2019\u00e9chelle plus basse situ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re, les b\u00e2timents n\u2019affichent aucune diff\u00e9rence entre programme priv\u00e9 et habitat social. Ce sont des unit\u00e9s \u00e0 taille humaine qui accueillent deux \u00e0 trois logements par niveau.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_1 carrousel-cell\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/anma.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/031E4826-1\u00a9SChalmeau.jpg\" alt=\"ANMA Dunkerque Les G\u00e2bles\" title=\"ANMA Dunkerque Les G\u00e2bles\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_1 carrousel-cell  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><b>haute qualit\u00e9 <\/b>d&rsquo;usage<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con\u00e7us avec une attention particuli\u00e8re quant \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019usage, tous les logements sont traversants (except\u00e9 quelques T2 mono orient\u00e9s) et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de prolongements ext\u00e9rieurs sous forme de loggias abrit\u00e9es du vent de la mer et offrant des vues panoramiques sur le paysage portuaire. Dans le respect de l\u2018Agenda 21, l\u2019op\u00e9ration r\u00e9pond \u00e0 des crit\u00e8res de qualit\u00e9 environnementale.<\/p>\n<p>Les b\u00e2timents sont construits avec un syst\u00e8me classique de poteaux et voiles b\u00e9ton. En revanche, les fa\u00e7ades longitudinales sont constitu\u00e9es de blocs \u00e0 base de pierre ponce &#8211; mat\u00e9riau alv\u00e9olaire isolant &#8211; et prot\u00e9g\u00e9es par un bardage en bois, en aluminium ou en fibrociment.
