La capacit\u00e9 de diffusion des flux de la gare vers l\u2019h\u00f4pital et l\u2019universit\u00e9 Paris-Est Cr\u00e9teil, \u00e0 l\u2019ouest du trac\u00e9 de m\u00e9tro, et vers les immeubles de bureaux et les annexes de l\u2019universit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ouest, sera repens\u00e9e. Les abords de la gare deviendront un lieu de rassemblement, am\u00e9nag\u00e9s comme un nouvel espace public \u00e0 \u00e9chelle humaine.<\/p>\n<p>Nouveau rep\u00e8re urbain, le parvis deviendra le point de rencontre identifiable des immeubles attenants et de leurs interstices. Bord\u00e9 de rez-de-chauss\u00e9e actifs, il replacera l\u2019\u00e9chelle du quartier \u00e0 celle du pi\u00e9ton. En prolongement direct de la rue Leonhard Euler, ce lien, visible depuis l\u2019avenue du G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Gaulle, s\u2019int\u00e8gre de fa\u00e7on intuitive dans le tissu existant. C\u2019est une perc\u00e9e servant les int\u00e9r\u00eats de l\u2019ouvrage de g\u00e9nie civil et permettant une continuit\u00e9 d\u2019espace public vers le nouveau parvis et un renforcement de sa position centrale.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_2 carrousel-cell\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/anma.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/\u00a9Nicolas-Grosmond-CREtEIL-LECHAT_ANMA-FEV2025-09541.jpg\" alt=\"CLE\" title=\"CLE CHANTIER\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_2 carrousel-cell  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><b>cheminement<br \/><\/b>en nuances de blanc<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La gare de Cr\u00e9teil l\u2019\u00c9chat est compos\u00e9e d\u2019une succession de 3 volumes orthogonaux \u2013 galerie, descente, bo\u00eete quai \u2013 qui permettent un cheminement voyageur du Grand Paris Express jusqu\u2019aux quais a\u00e9riens de la ligne 8.<\/p>\n<p>Son architecture, l\u00e9g\u00e8re et transparente, s\u2019emploie \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des continuit\u00e9s d\u2019espaces neutres et homog\u00e8nes pour unir les \u00e9l\u00e9ments programmatiques \u00e9loign\u00e9s. Telle une nouvelle topographie, cette 5e fa\u00e7ade se pr\u00e9sente comme un lien identitaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle du quartier. Elle se d\u00e9plie comme un origami, de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la gare \u00e0 la mezzanine des quais.
