Depuis 2011, ANMA d\u00e9veloppe des \u00e9tudes sp\u00e9cifiques sur un site de 32 ha et poursuit depuis 2013, comme urbaniste en chef de la ZAC Lorient Odyss\u00e9e, un projet de r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement complet des anciennes friches ferroviaires et secteurs attenants.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019agence propose cinq actions majeures pour structurer la ZAC, pour lui donner une identit\u00e9 forte de centralit\u00e9, un v\u00e9ritable c\u0153ur d\u2019agglom\u00e9ration. Le r\u00e9seau se prolonge jusqu\u2019aux voies cr\u00e9ant ainsi sept \u00eelots avec chacun un b\u00e2timent signal : les sept phares de Lorient,<\/li>\n<li>De l\u2019autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 des voies ferr\u00e9es, des \u00eelots forment des terrasses plant\u00e9es et proposent des logements ouverts sur le sud. L\u2019ancienne place de la gare est transform\u00e9e en jardin des \u00e9pices,<\/li>\n<li>Des continuit\u00e9s v\u00e9g\u00e9tales le long des voies ferr\u00e9es relient le Scorff et le Manio. Ce plan est donc \u00e0 prendre comme tel, un possible et non un projet fig\u00e9.
