Par ailleurs, les b\u00e2timents s\u2019implantent \u00e0 plus de 5m de retrait en int\u00e9rieur de parcelle d\u2019un mur de 2,70 m qui l\u2019entoure, surplomb\u00e9 d\u2019un syst\u00e8me anti-franchissement. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"vertical-align: baseline; margin: 0cm 0cm 15.75pt 0cm;\"><span>Seuls l\u2019entr\u00e9e, l\u2019accueil de livraisons et les locaux techniques dynamisent le long lin\u00e9aire de mur qui se d\u00e9forme tel un ruban de plis et d\u2019extrusions selon les usages.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_2 carrousel-cell  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><b>architecture programmatique<br \/><\/b>r\u00e9gionale<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les corps monolithiques de deux et trois \u00e9tages surplombant le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e sont issus d\u2019une lecture programmatique rationnelle. Pour adapter l\u2019\u00e9chelle du b\u00e2ti aux jeunes enfants qui fr\u00e9quenteront le site, les hauteurs des \u00e9difices sont abaiss\u00e9es par une d\u00e9construction des volumes.<\/p>\n<p>Les b\u00e2timents d\u2019enseignement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sont cr\u00e9nel\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 R+2 et le b\u00e2timent ouest R+3. Ainsi, certaines salles d\u2019enseignement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 disposent de terrasses.
