Par sa hauteur et sa volum\u00e9trie, il a pour ambition de devenir un b\u00e2timent signal et est facilement identifiable depuis diff\u00e9rents points de vue : depuis le pont vers la ville, de la gare vers le parvis et depuis le chemin de fer.<\/p>\n<p>Vers le chemin de fer, le RDC du b\u00e2timent s\u2019aligne avec la fa\u00e7ade du parking au-dessous \u00e0 l\u2019exception faite de la sortie de la brasserie, en retrait de la limite de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9gageant ainsi une terrasse priv\u00e9e. On acc\u00e8de \u00e0 la brasserie c\u00f4t\u00e9 gare, \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e de l\u2019Ibis Budget en remontant le parvis vers le pont, puis plus haut \u00e0 celle de l\u2019Ibis Style tandis que l\u2019acc\u00e8s au local commercial s\u2019effectue du c\u00f4t\u00e9 du pont.<\/p>\n<p>Le b\u00e2timent permet d\u2019identifier la distinction des programmes h\u00f4teliers par une manifestation de la volum\u00e9trie : le 3 \u00e9toiles en R+8 se situe c\u00f4t\u00e9 pont de Riedisheim et surplombe le 2 \u00e9toiles en R+4 c\u00f4t\u00e9 gare. La tour s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve avec un geste dynamique : une transition g\u00e9om\u00e9trique g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par une fa\u00e7ade \u00e0 facettes triangulaires o\u00f9 le plan rectangulaire se transforme en plan elliptique.
