Redon et du Cabot, et sera travers\u00e9e par le futur Boulevard Urbain Sud (BUS), continuit\u00e9 de la L2.<\/p>\n<p>Plut\u00f4t que de s\u00e9parer le futur quartier, le BUS en est l&rsquo;armature f\u00e9d\u00e9ratrice, par la mise en \u0153uvre de deux espaces publics qui r\u00e9v\u00e8lent les qualit\u00e9s paysag\u00e8res du site et ses c\u00f4nes de vues, un parc inscrit dans le vallon et une place publique en surplomb, par une polarit\u00e9 commerciale ainsi qu&rsquo;un un adressage des b\u00e2timents sur le boulevard.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_1 carrousel-cell\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/anma.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/MZV-ORTHOPHOTO-A1_e2000_\u00c9PANNELAGE.jpg\" class=\"et_pb_lightbox_image\" title=\"ANMA Marseille Vallon R\u00e9gny \"><span pi\u00e9tonne et plant\u00e9e, traverse le quartier et relie les espaces verts remarquables de part et d&rsquo;autre de la ZAC, tels que les parcs de la Maison Blanche et de l&rsquo;H\u00f4pital Salvator, le parc du Vallon R\u00e9gny, mais aussi l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de la Bastide la Maurelle et les \u00e9quipements scolaires.<\/p>\n<p>Les placettes existantes sont mises en valeur, et les traverses, armature caract\u00e9ristique du quartier et de son histoire, sont valoris\u00e9es et r\u00e9interpr\u00e9t\u00e9es, jusqu&rsquo;aux Calanques.<\/p>\n<p>Les b\u00e2timents \u00e0 l&rsquo;alignement structurent l&rsquo;espace public, le rythment par une alternance de points hauts et points bas, et s&rsquo;inscrivent dans le paysage par de larges gradins offerts en terrasses pour les logements.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_2 carrousel-cell\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span
