L\u2019association Eurhonet<\/em>\u00a0donne un cadre \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion sur le logement passif au moyen de deux th\u00e9matiques, la r\u00e9habilitation et la construction. En collaboration avec le bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes Luwoge Consult, elle regroupe 38 membres de 5 pays diff\u00e9rents \u2013 Su\u00e8de, Allemagne, Luxembourg, Italie, France \u2013 pour un partage d\u2019exp\u00e9rience et de savoir autour de la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du logement passif.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

Il s\u2019agit de d\u00e9velopper une d\u00e9marche conceptuelle \u2013 un Common Design \u2013 pour la fabrication d\u2019un prototype d\u00e9clinable dans les pays des ma\u00eetres d\u2019ouvrages participants. Ce socle de savoir sera \u00e0 terme retranscrit comme un mode op\u00e9ratoire de construction passive, illustr\u00e9 par les b\u00e2timents \u00e9rig\u00e9s dans les pays \u00e9trangers. L\u2019\u00e9tude comparative de ces diverses op\u00e9rations constituera une base de donn\u00e9es pour \u00e9valuer les performances d\u2019un b\u00e2timent et sa capacit\u00e9 adaptative, tout au long des phases du projet.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

ANMA a choisi de s\u2019engager sur la phase nomm\u00e9e Adaptation Locale, qui consiste \u00e0 viser l\u2019adaptation du prototype au regard des contraintes r\u00e8glementaires, programmatiques et climatiques propre de chaque lieu. L\u2019agence se fixe ainsi pour objectif d\u2019explorer le mode d\u2019op\u00e9ration du logement passif en phase \u00e9tudes jusqu\u2019au chantier en ma\u00eetrisant les d\u00e9tails de construction, de la conception \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

Actuellement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 \u00e0 Lieusaint, le prototype Eurhonet est adapt\u00e9 par de jeunes agences d\u2019architecture, \u00e0 Reims et Ch\u00e2lons-en-Champagne. De nouvelles adaptations seront visibles dans d\u2019autres villes fran\u00e7aises et europ\u00e9ennes.<\/p>\n

Le projet d\u00e9veloppe 60 logements g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, dot\u00e9s d\u2019espaces ext\u00e9rieurs \u2013 balcons et loggias \u2013 extrud\u00e9s des fa\u00e7ades sud et ouest. Il affirme son identit\u00e9 architecturale avec, au nord, des coursives et des circulations verticales creus\u00e9es dans la fa\u00e7ade du b\u00e2timent A, et des serres dans celle du b\u00e2timent B au Sud.<\/p>\n

L\u2019enveloppe est constitu\u00e9e d\u2019une structure b\u00e9ton isol\u00e9e par l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur. Les rev\u00eatements ext\u00e9rieurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisis pour leur p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 et leur performance thermique : un enduit blanc, un bardage bois \u00e0 lames verticales en m\u00e9l\u00e8ze sur le corps central des b\u00e2timents ou et un enduit iris\u00e9 couleur champagne pour la fa\u00e7ade du b\u00e2timent A sur rue.<\/p>\n
