Afin de s\u2019ins\u00e9rer dans le tissu urbain existant, l\u2019immeuble du commerce Atemporel \u00e0 Tours reprend le th\u00e8me de la toiture propre aux h\u00f4tels particuliers du XVIIIe si\u00e8cle. Avec sa couverture en zinc patin\u00e9 de noir, il d\u00e9cline dans la modernit\u00e9 l\u2019ardoise traditionnelle. Quant aux l\u00e9g\u00e8res pentes qui s\u2019encha\u00eenent, elles r\u00e9pondent aux mansardes d\u2019\u00e9poque.<\/p>\n

Si par sa morphologie inspir\u00e9e du pass\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9difice propose de revisiter le patrimoine architectural de la ville, il ne se d\u00e9partit pas pour autant de sa relation \u00e0 l\u2019architecture contemporaine. Le commerce Atemporel affirme sa g\u00e9mellit\u00e9 avec le centre d\u2019Art dramatique r\u00e9alis\u00e9 lui aussi par ANMA.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

Optant pour la sobri\u00e9t\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9difice conjugue trois mat\u00e9riaux \u2013 b\u00e9ton, verre, acier galvanis\u00e9 \u2013 et trois tons \u2013 du noir au blanc en passant par le gris.<\/p>\n

La d\u00e9clinaison passe de la couverture noire en zinc, au gris des menuiseries m\u00e9talliques et au blanc opalescent des fa\u00e7ades int\u00e9rieures.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

Sur 3 niveaux, l\u2019immeuble Atemporel d\u00e9veloppe un programme comprenant un espace commercial, des bureaux, un parking et deux appartements de standing. Les parements en b\u00e9ton sur les 2 premiers niveaux contrastent avec la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 de la charpente m\u00e9tallique de la toiture. Renfor\u00e7ant les lignes horizontales, ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments en b\u00e9ton soulignent les vitrines, les \u00e9rigeant en v\u00e9ritables \u00e9crans donnant \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir depuis l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur le mobilier expos\u00e9. Ce parti pris constructif permet aussi d\u2019int\u00e9grer les menuiseries horizontales dans l\u2019\u00e9paisseur du b\u00e9ton et d\u2019accentuer le rythme vertical du vitrage.<\/p>\n

Les dalles alv\u00e9olaires r\u00e9duisent la pr\u00e9sence des \u00e9l\u00e9ments verticaux sur des port\u00e9es de 10 m\u00e8tres et d\u00e9gagent par leur mise en \u0153uvre un joint creux int\u00e9grant tous les r\u00e9seaux. Ce jeu sur le calepinage rompt avec l\u2019homog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 et cr\u00e9e un rythme propre.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>
