Les b\u00e2timents de logements sont implant\u00e9s en retrait par rapport \u00e0 la limite de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 conserver l\u2019alignement d\u2019arbres longeant le mur d\u2019enceinte de l\u2019h\u00f4pital Begin c\u00f4t\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n<p>Ce positionnement sur la parcelle met en valeur une succession de filtres depuis la route de la Tourelle favorisant l\u2019int\u00e9gration du projet dans son contexte : l\u2019espace bois\u00e9 class\u00e9 en premier plan, avec ses grands arbres, la grille de cl\u00f4ture Alphand dessinant la limite communale entre Paris et Saint Mand\u00e9, la zone bois\u00e9e non aedificandi et le mur d\u2019enceinte de l\u2019h\u00f4pital, puis enfin l\u2019alignement d\u2019arbres longeant ce mur en pierre. Ces volumes bas, ne d\u00e9passant pas de la frondaison des arbres pr\u00e9serv\u00e9s, donnent \u00e0 lire une implantation b\u00e2ti a\u00e9r\u00e9e. Depuis le lac de Saint Mand\u00e9, le projet dessine ainsi une silhouette d\u00e9coup\u00e9e \u00e9mergeant en arri\u00e8re-plan d\u2019une frondaison v\u00e9g\u00e9tale riche et complexe compos\u00e9e des diff\u00e9rents filtres paysagers \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment.<\/p>\n<p>La disposition a\u00e9r\u00e9e des volumes permet d\u2019offrir une transparence de l\u2019h\u00f4pital vers le Bois de Vincennes en \u00e9vitant de cr\u00e9er un \u00e9cran continu. Depuis les b\u00e2timents existants de l\u2019h\u00f4pital, des vues sont ainsi \u00e9galement pr\u00e9serv\u00e9es sur la trame v\u00e9g\u00e9tale du bois.<\/p>\n<p>Cette implantation en plot favorise des orientations sud et des vues sur le bois et le lac pour un maximum de logements. L\u2019ensemble des acc\u00e8s principaux aux halls des logements s\u2019organisent autour de la promenade plant\u00e9e, permettant aux habitants de profiter d\u2019un cadre de vie naturelle unique dans leurs all\u00e9s et venues quotidiens.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_3
