Leur double orientation est-ouest offre une ventilation optimale et un ensoleillement tout le long de la journ\u00e9e. Des espaces ext\u00e9rieurs privatifs comme de larges terrasses donnant sur la voie verte ou des jardins d\u2019hiver permettent aux habitants de profiter du paysage.<\/p>\n<p>Par la variation des \u00e9chelles de construction, le jeu de toitures qui r\u00e9pond aux b\u00e2timents environnants et un \u00e9pannelage graduel du sud vers le nord, ce projet r\u00e9parti en 9 lots\u00a0 rend la densit\u00e9 agr\u00e9able.<\/p>\n<p>Premier \u00e9l\u00e9ment ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 construit dans l\u2019\u00e9coquartier, la Maison de la Petite Enfance est enti\u00e8rement en bois et labellis\u00e9e HQE.
