CONSERVER L’EXISTANT <\/strong>POUR PROLONGER L’HISTOIRE<\/h2>\n

ANMA est intervenu sur l’emprise de la Halle D\u00e9bat Ponsan (halle des abattoirs) dont un tiers des 275 m de longueur a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9moli. Le premier \u00eelot concerne la r\u00e9novation de l’enceinte en b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 de 1938. Le second \u00eelot concerne la construction d’un immeuble mixte.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trois b\u00e2timents sont dispos\u00e9s en peigne sur le volume de la halle contemporaine reconstitu\u00e9e en continuit\u00e9 de l’existante. Ils reproduisent en coupe le n\u00e9gatif de l’ancienne vo\u00fbte et paraissent flotter au-dessus. L’orientation des vues vers la Garonne est trait\u00e9e en proposant une fa\u00e7ade pliss\u00e9e ouvrant des baies toute hauteur.<\/p>\n

Les abords, int\u00e9gralement am\u00e9nag\u00e9s en terrasses li\u00e9es \u00e0 l’activit\u00e9 des locaux, sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s en coh\u00e9rence avec les am\u00e9nagements des espaces publics attenants.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>
