Innovant de part et d\u2019autre de la Garonne, elle se d\u00e9veloppe quartier par quartier, reconqu\u00eate par reconqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 mesure qu\u2019il sort de terre, le projet des Bassins \u00e0 Flot devient l\u2019un des embl\u00e8mes de ce rayonnement. La Ville de Bordeaux et Bordeaux M\u00e9tropole y d\u00e9montrent qu\u2019il est possible de faire la ville autrement, en misant sur l\u2019intelligence collective et sur des modes de faire en rupture avec les sch\u00e9mas classiques : l\u2019Atelier des Bassins \u00e0 Flot, propos\u00e9 et install\u00e9 par l\u2019architecte urbaniste Nicolas Michelin, concr\u00e9tise cette nouvelle approche.
