Fustig\u00e9s au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es malgr\u00e9 les espoirs qu\u2019ils avaient suscit\u00e9s \u00e0 leur construction, les quartiers d\u2019habitat social \u00e9rig\u00e9s dans les ann\u00e9es 1950, 1960 et 1970 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment radicalement transform\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Le point de vue choisi dans cette exposition de photographies est celui du passant qui regarde et \u00e9coute. Il a pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte de 25 quartiers situ\u00e9s
dans toute la France, de Grande-Synthe \u00e0 Grand\u2019mare, de grands ensembles en villes nouvelles, tous transform\u00e9s au cours des dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es sous l\u2019effet du Programme National de R\u00e9novation Urbaine.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

CHANGER LA PERCEPTION <\/b>DES QUARTIERS<\/h2>\n

L\u2019ambition de cet exposition est de d\u00e9jouer les id\u00e9es re\u00e7ues sur ces \u00ab cit\u00e9s \u00bb, et de pr\u00e9senter des quartiers singuliers, inscrits dans un territoire, une histoire et une g\u00e9ographie. <\/p>\n

Aucune des images du photographe Julien Lanoo n\u2019a en soi valeur de symbole car le r\u00e9el est complexe. Le son qui accompagne ce travelling photographique a \u00e9t\u00e9 collect\u00e9 par Yves Bagot lors des prises de vue. Il \u00e9largit le champ de la perception en r\u00e9v\u00e9lant une autre dimension de ces quartiers.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>
