Cet espace paysager est pens\u00e9 comme un ilot de fraicheur o\u00f9 les palettes d\u2019essences locales cr\u00e9ent des continuit\u00e9s entre jardins \u00e9tag\u00e9s. Les espaces plant\u00e9s de compositions vari\u00e9es et color\u00e9es sont favorables \u00e0 la biodiversit\u00e9. La pr\u00e9sence d\u2019arbres assure aux r\u00e9sidents un confort thermique estival tandis que les essences \u00e0 feuillages caduques garantissent le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de la lumi\u00e8re hivernale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"vertical-align: baseline; margin: 0cm 0cm 15.75pt 0cm;\">Enfin, pour ne pas creuser et contr\u00f4ler l\u2019empreinte carbone du projet, les trois niveaux de parkings sont int\u00e9gr\u00e9s en c\u0153ur d\u2019ilot, sous les espaces plant\u00e9s.
