Trois b\u00e2timents \u00e9troits et gradin\u00e9s sont dispos\u00e9s en U, surmont\u00e9s de toitures d\u00e9bordantes et lib\u00e8rent un grand jardin au c\u0153ur de l\u2019ilot.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un poumon vert pour le quartier : des espaces v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9s en pleine terre, plant\u00e9s d\u2019arbres de haute tige qui formeront un v\u00e9lum de fraicheur estivale et, un \u00e9crin de nature entre les logements \u00e9tag\u00e9s en gradins successifs.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9pannelage progressif des fins b\u00e2timents, permet de concevoir des logements traversants et bien expos\u00e9s, ventil\u00e9s naturellement et disposant de terrasses v\u00e9g\u00e9talis\u00e9es.
