ANMA en a assur\u00e9 la ma\u00eetrise d\u2019\u0153uvre tant pour l\u2019ensemble du complexe que pour les diff\u00e9rentes structures repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es : Ecole des Minces de Nancy, Institut Jean Lamour, Ecole des Langues, Galerie Artem, ICN Business School\u2026<\/p>\n<p>En pointe sud-est du campus, le b\u00e2timent ouvre sur le campus et s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 de la rue G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Duroc. Il oriente les visiteurs vers l\u2019axe principal du site\u00a0: une promenade \u00e0 travers les jardins du campus, ainsi que vers la longue galerie interclimatique color\u00e9e caract\u00e9ristique d\u2019Artem, permettant d\u2019acc\u00e9der dans un espace cath\u00e9drale aux diff\u00e9rentes \u00ab\u00a0Maisons signes\u00a0\u00bb des \u00e9coles.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_1 carrousel-cell\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/anma.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/08_anma_nancy_\u00a9marwanharmouche_M7A7433-2-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Bureaux Place de Padoue\" title=\"08_anma_nancy_\u00a9marwanharmouche_M7A7433\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_1 carrousel-cell  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><b>habiter<br \/><\/b>la fa\u00e7ade<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le b\u00e2timent mise sur la mixit\u00e9 programmatique avec ses 4 plateaux de bureaux, aujourd\u2019hui consacr\u00e9s aux \u00e9tudiants de l\u2019ICN Business School, et un restaurant ouvert sur la place de Padoue accessible \u00e0 tous.<\/p>\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un b\u00e2timent vivant : rez-de chauss\u00e9e actif au nord, fa\u00e7ade habit\u00e9e au sud. En effet, les coursives de caillebotis en acier galvanis\u00e9 sont trait\u00e9es en mailles serr\u00e9es pour offrir de vrais espaces \u00e0 vivre. Si les niveaux 1 et 2 sont pr\u00e9vus aussi comme issues de secours, les niveaux 3 et 4 sont destin\u00e9s \u00e0 constituer des lieux de rencontre en ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_2 carrousel-cell\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<span class=\"et_pb_image_wrap \"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/anma.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/13_anma_nancy_\u00a9marwanharmouche_M7A6118-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Bureaux Place de Padoue\" title=\"13_anma_nancy_\u00a9marwanharmouche_M7A6118\" \/><\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_pb_text et_pb_text_2 carrousel-cell  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2><b>architecture<\/b><br \/>ordinaire-extra<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Le b\u00e2timent est un v\u00e9ritable trait d\u2019union entre la place de Padoue aux tonalit\u00e9s sobres et la promenade color\u00e9e du site Artem. Elle t\u00e9moigne de l&rsquo;une des th\u00e9matiques fondatrices de l\u2019agence : l\u2019ordinaire-extra.<\/p>\n<p>En \u00e9cho avec la sobri\u00e9t\u00e9 de la place, le b\u00e2timent est remarquable par sa grande fa\u00e7ade lumineuse en b\u00e9ton lasur\u00e9 incolore de micro-teinte blanche.
