D\u00e9limiter une zone non constructible accueillant les activit\u00e9s agricoles et maraich\u00e8res et red\u00e9couper la trame urbaine pour accueillir de plus petites typologies de programmes\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quartier dense\u00a0: quartier de la Mandallaz<\/strong><br \/>Comment habiter ce quartier entre la gare, le centre et le Thiou en 2050 et y r\u00e9int\u00e9grer la nature au sein des espaces publics\u00a0? Transformer l\u2019habitat existant et faire rentrer le Thiou dans le quartier \u00e0 travers des noues et des espaces plant\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Espace naturel\u00a0: massif du Semnoz\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>Comment le rendre accessible tout en pr\u00e9servant les paysages naturels\u00a0? Sanctuariser certains espaces et faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 d\u2019autres, ouverts au public, en y concentrant les activit\u00e9s et en y apportant de la
