Sur ce p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle XXL, du site de la Vaucouleurs de Mantes-la-Ville aux Coteaux du Vexin, l\u2019agence m\u00e8ne une double r\u00e9flexion : penser le r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement des infrastructures existantes et articuler 70 hectares d\u2019activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques de renouvellement urbain.<\/p>\n<p>Situ\u00e9e le long de la Vall\u00e9e de la Seine et appartenant au r\u00e9seau des ports industriels en activit\u00e9 du Havre, de Rouen et de Paris (ports Haropa), cette zone industrielle strat\u00e9giquement situ\u00e9e s\u2019est construite au fil des ann\u00e9es sans pr\u00e9occupation urbaine et paysag\u00e8re d\u2019ensemble.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_1 d\u2019activit\u00e9s pr\u00e9sente un fort potentiel de d\u00e9veloppement li\u00e9 au renforcement de son attractivit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution de son accessibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 venir, avec notamment l\u2019arriv\u00e9e du RER E \u00e0 l\u2019horizon 2024 \u2013 GPSEO a pour ambition de redynamiser, requalifier et apporter une nouvelle identit\u00e9 au secteur en s\u2019appuyant sur ses forces vives\u00a0: la pr\u00e9sence du parc R\u00e9gional du Vexin, les bords de Seine, plus de 200 entreprises en activit\u00e9, un tissu r\u00e9sidentiel constitu\u00e9, un lyc\u00e9e et un port industriel actif.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_2 le territoire,\u00a0et oriente ses prescriptions urbaines selon trois axes forts :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Optimiser l\u2019urbanisation du secteur par une strat\u00e9gie de densit\u00e9, ne plus s\u2019\u00e9tendre et (re)construire sur l\u2019existant.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9introduire l\u2019\u00e9chelle humaine et le confort des usagers, notamment par la r\u00e9duction des voiries et la valorisation des modes doux et actifs de d\u00e9placement.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9introduire une nature p\u00e9renne, v\u00e9cue et durable dans ce secteur d\u2019industrie lourde\u00a0en retrouvant notamment le chemin de l\u2019eau et celui des corridors \u00e9cologiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_with_border et_pb_module et_pb_image et_pb_image_3 d\u2019ambitions partag\u00e9es accord\u00e9 \u00e0 la transformation de ce territoire, le projet s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche de co-construction ch\u00e8re \u00e0 ANMA, au travers d\u2019ateliers collaboratifs avec les diff\u00e9rents services de GPSEO, les villes de Limay, Porcheville, Mantes-la-Ville et Guitrancourt, Haropa, le d\u00e9partement, et par le biais
