REINVENTING
THE “ALREADY THERE”

Initiated in 2014, at the gates of the Oise-Pays de France regional natural park, the eco-district project for the old station in Senlis was delivered in February 2021. It was born from the local landscape and local heritage.

The agency offers a contemporary architectural response to the existing heritage context, in particular through the use of brick, the reinterpretation of the grounds of the station, the silhouette of the roofs which cut out a rhythmic horizon line varying according to the point of view.

The entrance to the ecodistrict is marked by the Maison de la Petite Enfance. Then alternate 110 housing units, gardens and common areas covering an underground car park of 300m.
