new centrality
new phase
In May 2021, ANMA was renewed as an urban planner for the ZAC Nouvelle Centralité in Carrières-sous-Poissy, which it has been developing since 2009. The agency pursues in a workshop with the City and EPAMSA the work initiated on this new 48-hectare district in the heart of the city.
Between the city center and the Saint-Louis district, the project plans to connect the two parts of the city by a large ecological corridor: 13.6 hectares of landscaped public space including the new Nelson Mandela park (project manager Ilex) .
Ultimately, the ZAC will have 266,000 sqm of housing, 19,000 sqm of public facilities, 27,000 sqm of shops and 38,000 sqm of private activities, services and equipment.
