Located in the Bassins à Flot district, where ANMA is responsible for reconversion and urban renewal, the C5 block of Avenue Lucien Faure is one of the first pieces in the reconstruction of this district with an industrial past.
Sector 1 of Boulevard Lucien Faure embodies the urban invariants of the Bassins à Flot reconversion project: integrated parking, above the ground garden and active ground floor. Accessible to the greatest number of people, these accommodations are equipped with comfortable spaces: a generous living room leading directly to the kitchen and bedrooms. The car park, built on the ground floor in the heart of the block without having to dig, is invisible being within the project. It is bordered by commercial premises on the streets and covered with a thick layer of earth planted in R + 1, allowing residents to enjoy an open above the ground garden, sunny and accessible to all.

The project reflects an approach of integration, reinterpretation of existing heritage and sustainable development in the service of high quality of use. The result of an shared ambition between the contracting authority and the teams of architects, the turret emergence offers exceptional housing.
The two buildings designed by ANMA for Domofrance, LF1 and LF4, have 124 and 107 housing units respectively. Their location, perpendicular to the Basins, allows to provide views and paths towards them and to connect the neighboring districts. Thus, the tower allows, by the superimposition of floors and rooms, to offer angled living rooms opening onto the wide landscape.
